i came across an old pc when i put everything together after cleaning and pluging the pc in the power outlet 3 short beeps 3 times and one short beep sound came to my attention with no video , does anyone know where can i get some help with this problem.

what is the specs of the computer
how and when you saw this problem, was it before?
what was the last thing you did?
what did you mean by the video...
