Heres the install method that worked for me.
Unrar, copy contents of USA_and_Canada_865_3261.
Place autoactive.exe in the root of your gps.
Delete the files from your map folder that will be replaced, my computer would not overwrite the files just complained there was not enough space.
Copy over the new map files.
Run autoactive.exe as admin.
Disconnect your gps from the computer and wait for it to reboot, it should be all set.
I included the fastactivate.exe tool as well just in case autoactivate does not work, but it should not be needed.
