This is a slimmed down version of Windows XP. It is really fast because it doesn’t have a lot of the stuff that usually bogs down Windows like Internet Explorer. No serial is required for the install and the OS doesn’t need to be activated.

Well its not easy to install so read the instructions..
Well usually it's an iso file on these windows os sytems and what u do is unpack it to a folder then burn it to disk using what ever iso software u like
Me well i use poweriso pretty user friendly but there are a few out there
Once u burn the iso to disk go and change the boot seqwuance to boot from cd ,then you can do a fresh install by rebooting your pc with the disk already in the drive
During the boot up either in the set up option of the bios or the boot screen itself(some pc's it's f12 others it's the delete button)
now when the machine boots it will c the cd in the drive and start the insatll from the cd for u now all u do is follow the screens and apropriate yes and no's or next and add the info it ask u for and pretty soon u r all set your os is up and running
