I saw many infobars on the top of the forums telling guests to register.
I removed the hover thingy that chaces users to force them to register to a more professional barinfo.

Just to point out the previous script what made by meep-online. The draw back was the huge scripts, mainly javacodes and when javascript is disabled it becomes a little buggy to stick on the site.
